At BEX®, we want to provide our valued customers with transparent information regarding our pricing structure for our cap boxes. Please note that each month's cap box price will vary depending on the style of hat included in the box. The price range for our cap boxes will fall between $18.70 and $24.65 excluding taxes and fees.

Yes! You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription anytime using the customer portal. However, if your subscription plan includes a required minimum number of payments, cancellation will only be possible after meeting that requirement.

To access the customer portal, use the magic link sent to your email when you first subscribed. Alternatively, you can log in by creating an account on our website.

Need to adjust a delivery? No problem. In the customer portal, you can skip a scheduled charge by clicking the "Skip Payment" button next to it. To change the delivery date, use the "Reschedule" button.

Absolutely. You can manage your subscription by adding, editing, or removing products through the customer portal. Just click "Edit" on the product card to make changes.

If there’s an issue with your payment, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method. Once updated, your subscription will resume as usual.
