BEX® SUNGLASS WARRANTY
BEX® values every customer that purchases our product. To honor your patronage, our warranty program allows you a ONE YEAR, unconditional replacement pair of polarized sunglasses. For a quick and seamless process, have three things readily available: $40, a valid proof of purchase, and a photo of your damaged product.
Note: Items exclude lost or stolen property. Sunglasses received through a warranty submission are NOT eligible for additional warranty services. In addition, we do NOT repair or replace lenses, and the warranty does not cover prescription glasses.
STEP 1:
To be eligible for a replacement,
a $40 warranty handling fee
will apply.
STEP 2:
Have a valid proof of purchase AND a photo of your damaged sunglasses ready.

STEP 3:
After validating the attachments, we will send you a specialized link to claim a new pair of glasses! If you don’t receive your link within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
